Customization is one of the elite functionality of Apptivo apps. You can customize your leads with the Counter attribute to generate the unique number for your leads with the prefix of your own specific numbers.
Step to customize Counter attribute
- Login and access the Leads app from the universal menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the Customize app and select the Master Layout.
- From the Master Layout, drag and drop the counter attribute from the palette.
- On clicking on the Counter attribute, you will be viewing the Inspector tab where you can change the name of the attribute as required.
- Scroll down until you reach the Counter section.
- Provide with the following details,
- Prefix type → Can be Static or the year of the date created.
- Prefix → Prefix added to the leads number.
- Number → Starting a number of leads.
- After providing the details, click on the Save button to get the Master layout updated.
- Hence, on viewing the Leads Creation page, you will view the Counter Attribute section.
- On the creation of new leads, you can view the counter attribute generated automatically with the given counter value.
