How to Bulk Share the documents in Apptivo?

The customer app allows you to store all information relating to your customers. These files can be attached to the related customer records. It allows you to share documents with your employees. Additionally, you can share multiple documents by using the bulk action on the Documents.
The only condition is that you need to upgrade to either premium or enterprise version.
Steps to Share Attach Files to the Customer Record
- Log in and access the Customers app in your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the "More(...)" icon to overview customer information.
- Navigate to the “Documents” tab in the selected customer.
- All the files uploaded relating to the customers will be shown under this tab. Select the document by clicking on the select icon.
- Then, click on the Bulk Actions and select the Share option.
- In the Share Settings popup, you can view the selected files name and “Share With” option.
- Click on the Search icon to select and add the employee.
- You can also select multiple employees as per your preferences.
- Enter the message and click on the Share button.
- The selected document will be shared with the added employees.
- The employee will be notified through email along with the shared message.
- The employee can view the document from their login under the document tab of the selected customer.
