Apptivo apps allow you to search the records depending on your needs. It allows you to search by specific data or with all options available in the multi-select field. It also allows you to add the filters for the multi-select attributes even on the search and select pop-up for the reference field as well.
Let’s go through the following steps to add the filters for the multi-select field for the reference app field on the search and select window.
Steps to add Multi Select Field
- Login and access the Opportunities app from your navigation panel.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.
- From the Settings page, go to the Customers Master Layout.
- Drag and drop Multi Select attribute and rename it as Opportunities Categories.
- Enable the Filter option on the Inspector tab and click on the Save button to update the changes.
Steps to add Ref app field on customers
- Go to the Customers app’s Master Layout and drag and drop the ref app field.
- Rename the Ref app field as Opportunities app and select the opportunity app in the Ref app section.
- Click on the Save button to save the changes.
- Then, go to create customer page and click on the Search icon on the added ref app field.
- In the Search and Select popup, you can view the added multi select attribute with the added filter attribute.
