Apptivo apps allow you to customize the fields as per your business needs. Ref app fields help you associate the information from any other applications. You can also customize the Create option for the custom added reference app for the Properties app.
Steps to follow
- Login and access the Leads app. Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.
- On the settings page, click on the Customize app and select Master Layout.
- From the Master Layout, drag and drop the Ref app field from the right side palette.
- Click on the added ref app, you will be redirected to the inspector tab.
- Rename the attribute if needed or scroll down to view the Reference Object Details section.
- From the App dropdown, select the Properties app.
- By selecting the Properties app, you can view the Create New toggle.
- Enable the Create New toggle and save the changes.
- Now, go to the Create Lead page, you can view the added reference field with the create option.
