Apptivo provides the ability to add customers to specific projects, so they can log in and view the progress of the project details using their own account. In addition, it allows you to enable/ disable the sharing document option with portal users by default while adding a document in the document tab.
Steps to Follow
- Login and access the Projects app and click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the collaboration under the General dropdown.
- Scroll down and locate the Document actions, you can view the “Share with portal user by default” toggle.
- By default, the toggled will be in an enabled position.
- Disable the Toggle and changes will be auto-updated.
- Now, go to the projects document tab, you can view the Share with portal user toggled will be in a disabled state as default.
- You can enable the individual toggle to provide the specific document access to the portal users.
