How do restrict the Delete Action in Properties for Apptivo’s iOS application?

Apptivo’s Properties app allows you to perform the security actions for the iOS application. Through this, you can enable and disable certain actions that can be performed on the Properties app on the iOS application. You can control the actions like Create Convert, Delete, Delete Forever, Restore, Search/Advanced Search, and Duplicate. The security action can be disabled on the web only.

Delete action is visible on the Properties from the iOS application.

Steps to Follow

• Login and access the Properties app from the Web.
• Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.

• On the Settings page, click on the Security and selects Actions.
• The Delete action is listed in the Objects category. Scroll down to this.

• Here, you can completely make the Delete action by disabling the toggle.

• Now, go to the Properties details page from the iOS device.
• Click on the hamburger menu. Here, the Delete action will not be visible.
• Similarly, you can control the action for Create Convert, Delete Forever, Restore, Search/Advanced Search, and Duplicate actions.
