How to enable voice mail for Auto Answer - Calls feature in the Contact Center app of Apptivo?

The Voice Responder of the Contact Center app allows you to send an automatic voice message for incoming calls when the business is closed or your agents are unavailable. This feature further enables you to let callers leave a voice message.

Steps to enable voice mail

  • In your Apptivo account, go to the Contact Center app. Here, select Settings from the App Header.
  • Go to SMS → Vacation Responder from the left navigation panel. The Vacation Responder page comes into view.
  • Scroll down to the Auto Answer - Calls section. Configure the feature according to your business purpose.
  • To allow your customers to leave a voice message, enable the Voicemail toggle and save the changes.

  • By doing so, the customer can leave a voicemail whenever they call during the Off-Hours of your business.
  • These voice messages will be collected in the Voicemail section of your Contact Center app.
