How to set the PDF prefix name while downloading in the Orders app?

Apptivo allows you to Insert attributes in the File Name Prefix of Orders app. While you print the orders as PDF, you can find the Attributes at the top of the PDF. By using the Insert Attribute option, you can add any attribute of Orders that can be set as the File Name Prefix in Orders PDF.
Steps to Follow
- Login and access the Orders from the Universal Navigation menu bar.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.
- Now select Customize app→ Print/ Web Layouts from the left panel.
- The Print/ Web Layout page will open.
- Using the Insert Attribute drop-down, select the attributes that you wish to add to the PDF.
- Here, the Orders Date is selected as the File Name Prefix.
- You can also provide the different File Name Prefix for the individual templates.
- Once you select the attributes, Update the changes.
- Now Create an Order and fill in the Details of Orders Date and also fill in the other details for which you need to create an Order.
- Now, Click on the Package Slip button from the Activity bar.
- Now you can see the Inserted attributes in the File name prefix of the Url.
