How to get notified when the Call Log is created?

Call notifications are alerts that are sent to the user of the Apptivo CRM application. You will be getting notifications on the Newsfeed as well as the email whenever the call log is created, modified, and deleted.

Steps to Enable

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on “Call Logs” from the left navigation panel.

  • Click on the “More(...)” icon and select “Notifications” located at the app header bar.

  • You can view the notification dashboard with a set of notifications and their actual values such as call logs name, a news feed, and email feeds are at the right navigation panel.
  • By default, all "Newsfeeds" will be in "Enable" mode and all "Email feeds" will be in "Disable" mode.
Notification

  • If you want to subscribe to email notifications, "Enable" the toggle for "Email feed".
  • Here, the email notification is enabled for the call log is Recorded.
  • All your changes will be automatically saved.
Enabled

  • Now, if you create a new call log, you will be getting the email notifications as well as newsfeed notifications for your registered email address.
Log a call Created

  • Go to the News Feed tab, you can view the notifications.

  • You will be receiving email notifications as well.
