How do I search with the Select All option for a multi-select field?

Apptivo apps allow you to search the records depending on your needs. It allows you to search by specific data or with all options available in the multi-select field.

Let’s go through the following steps to search by All the values on the multi-select field.

Steps to Follow

• Login and access the Customers app from your navigation panel.
• Click on the Advanced Search dropdown on the Search bar.

• You can view all the fields available on the Customer’s app.
• For instance, here the Category field has the multi-select option.
• Open the dropdown menu, you can view the Select All option.

Note: This option will be available for custom added multi-select fields as well.

• By clicking on the Select All option, all the values in this category will be selected.

• By clicking on the Clear option, the select option will be cleared.

• With that, the category field with the selected values will be filtered and that will appear in the search results.
