How to view bounced customers?

The Customers App of Apptivo enables users to record information on bounced customers. The left navigation panel has a separate option in the List View to oversee the bounced customers. This basically refers to the customers whose email addresses are bounced while initiating a communication.

Steps to view bounced customers

• Log into your Apptivo account and go to the Customers App. On the home page, select Bounced Customers from the left navigation panel.

• The list of customers with bounced email addresses are listed.

• Select the More Details icon of a customer to redirect to its overview page.
