How do I rearrange the sequential order conversion in the Leads app?

  • Login and access the Leads app from the universal menu.
  • Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.

  • From the Settings page, click on the Leads and select Conversion.
  • On the conversion page, select the custom conversion.

  • Enable the Sequential order toggle.
  • Hover the mouse to view the drag and drop icon.
Sequential Order

  • Rearrange the conversion order by using the drag and drop option as per your preferences.
  • The changes will get updated automatically.

  • Now, go to the Leads overview page and click on the convert button and select the To Sequential Conversion.

  • You can view the sequential conversion order as per your arrangement.
