The Supplier Invoices App of Apptivo allows you to archive the records and these records can be easily restored from the Trash page.
Steps to restore the archived invoices
- Connect to your Apptivo account and go to the Supplier Invoices app. In the App Header, select the More icon and select Trash.
- On the Trash page, switch to the Archived tab. Here, you can see the list of supplier invoices archived.
- Select the supplier invoices that are to be restored and click the Enable button.
- You will receive a notification stating that the selected supplier invoices are restored.
- The restored supplier invoices will be added to the active supplier invoices list in the corresponding views.
