Step 1 - Data Export

Apptivo will help you at every step in exporting data from your existing system. While our assistance is available 24X7, it is also recommended to get a back up of your data from the existing system. Apptivo supports data export in some of the popular formats like .txt, .csv, or .sql. We also perform data conversion when the data is in any other format.

Step 2 - Data Clean-Up

When the data bank is collected, there is a high chance of having duplicate data in your system. In such a case, migrating duplicate data to a new system reduces productivity in your new CRM system. Apptivo team ensures complete clean-up of duplicates before migrating your data to your Apptivo account.

Step 3 - Data Mapping

Once the data clean-up is complete, the next step is to map the fields present in your exported database with Apptivo’s fields. Our service engineers will carefully map the fields to be imported and help create new fields if required.

Step 4 - Data Validation

This is an important step in the data migration process. During data validation, the Apptivo team checks the accuracy of the fields added and increases the data quality. Step 5 - Sample Import

Step 6 - Final Import
