The 360-degree tab available on the overview page of a distributor in the Distributors App enables you to view and manage the records associated with other apps. In addition, you can also create a new record and have them reflected in the destination app. Find the steps to create and associate a lead in the Distributors App.
Steps to create and associate a lead
- Go to the Distributors App of Apptivo and navigate to the overview page of a record.
- Switch to the 360-degree tab. Select the Leads App from the 360-degree view dropdown. Select the create button.
- The Create Leads side panel appears. Here, add the information related to your leads.
- On selecting create, a new lead is created.
- This lead information is also captured in the Leads App of Apptivo.
