ASNs app numbering helps in generating the ASNs numbers automatically. On enabling the toggle, you can choose your own prefix and starting number.
Steps to customize
- Login and access the ASNs app from the universal menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and selects the Settings.
- In the Settings page, click on the App Behaviour and select the Number Generation.
- Enable the Toggle to automatically generate the number while creating the ASNs.
- After enabling the toggle, you can set the Prefix as Static Text or Year of ASNs Date.
- In Static Text - You can set any custom text as per your preferences.
- By selecting the Year of ASNs Date, the current will get updated automatically.
- Then, you can set the starting number for the ASNs by using the Starts With.
- Now, go and create the ASNs. You can view the ASNs number as per your customization.
- If it is selected as a Static Text, you can view the number generated with the specified text and start with a number.
- If it is selected as the Year of ASNs Date, you can view the generated number with the year and start with a number.
