Apptivo’s Newsfeed is used to get the instant timeline update regarding the current activities of your Employees. You can view the bulk updates notifications on the news feed and the Emails as well.
Steps to enable the Notifications
- Login and access the Cases app from the universal menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select the Notifications.
- On the Notifications page, click on the Cases to enable the Toggle for Cases Bulk Action.
- You can enable the Toggle for Newsfeed and the Email Feed.
- Changes will get updated automatically.
- Now, go to the Cases app home page and update the changes in the Cases through bulk updates.
- Once the update is done through the bulk updates, go to the News Feed in the collaboration activities.
- You can view the updated action as the Feed.
- You can view the updated feed in the individual Cases newsfeed as well.
- You can also get the email notification regarding this bulk action update.
