The Estimates App of Apptivo allows you to create an estimate with the bill of materials configured in the Items App. This support is extended to the Android application of Apptivo. Steps to create an estimate
- In the Apptivo Android application, go to the Estimates App.
- Click the (+) icon located at the top and select Create New Estimate in the popup.
- You will be redirected to the Create Estimate page. Add the information related to your estimate.
- Scroll down to the Products/Items Sold table.
- Select the Item Name field. The items page will come into view.
- If the selected item does not have a Bill of Materials configured, the item will be added. When the selected item has the Bill of Materials configured, the Bill Of Materials page will appear.
- Here, select the Classes and Choices.
- On selecting create, a new estimate is created.
- Now to view the item information, scroll down to the Products/Items Sold table. Select View BOM.
- You will be redirected to the Bill of Materials information.
