Miscellaneous Issue app has a left panel section that enables users to group the records according to a particular criterion. The users can also view the records based on days.
Steps to view by days
- Before viewing records by days, ensure that the By Days view is enabled on the Settings page of your application.
- In the Miscellaneous Issue app of Apptivo, click the By Days category from the left panel.
- The different options present in the “By Days” section will be visible. Here, you can see “In 07 Days” is selected and the corresponding records are displayed.
- On selecting More Details of a record, you will be redirected to the overview page of the selected miscellaneous issue.
