How do I get notifications when a customer is duplicated from my account?

The Customers App of Apptivo allows you to get notifications through News Feeds and Emails whenever an action is taken in the customer’s profile from your account. Let’s walk through the steps to receive notifications when a customer is duplicated.
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Customers App. In this app, select Notifications from the App Header.
- In the Notifications page, the list of notifications present in the Customers App will be listed.
- Here, the News Feed is enabled by default to receive News Feed when a customer is duplicated.
- To receive an email notification, enable the toggle to receive an email to your registered email address.
- Consider duplicating a customer profile in the Customers App.
- A news feed will be generated in the News Feed tab of the customer from which the customer was duplicated. A similar News Feed will be listed in the News Feed activity of Apptivo.
- An email will be sent to your email address.
