Apptivo’s ASNs app allows you to create advance notifications for your shipment. You can create an ASN with the serial control numbers. This will helps you to verify the list of items at the time of receiving.
Steps to Create
- Login and access the ASNs app from the universal menu.
- Click on the Create button.
- In the Create ASN page, select the Warehouse from the list.
- In the Items table, select and add the Item.
- Enter the Quantity in the Now Accepting column.
- Then, click on the “+” icon to import the Serial numbers.
- Here, click on the Import button.
- The Import Serial side panel will get open.
- Here, click on the Browse button and select the file with serial numbers in .csv format.
- Once the file is uploaded, click on the Next button.
- You can view the list that is added to the CSV file.
- Map the columns with the attributes.
- Once the mapping is done, click on the Import button.
- Then, click on the create button.
- The ASN will get created.
- Click on the Item Serials to view the uploaded serial numbers.
