The Sales Returns App of Apptivo allows you to add tax and discount field in the summary section while creating or editing a sales return.
- In the Sales Returns App of Apptivo, select Settings from the App Header. Select Customize App → Master Layout from the left navigation panel of the Settings page.
- To enable the Tax and Discount field, switch to Hierarchical View. Scroll down to Summary Section.
- The tax and discount fields are disabled by default.
- Enable the toggle for tax and discount fields. Save the changes.
- The tax and discounts field will be visible while creating or editing the sales return.
