Opportunities App of Apptivo allows users to perform several actions on the opportunities. The Actions page in the Opportunities App of Apptivo lets you configure if a particular action can be made visible and who can perform a selected action in the Opportunities App. You can also disable an action completely in your firm. Actions page has two categories, namely, Apps and Objects. While Apps shows the actions that can be performed across the Opportunities App, Objects shows the actions that can be performed on each opportunity.
Some of the Apps actions include Create, Export, Trash, Import, Notifications; while some of the Objects action include Convert, Duplicate, Email, and Delete.
Consider configuring the Convert action in the Opportunities App.
Steps to customize Actions
- In the Opportunities App of Apptivo, select Settings from the App Header.
- Select Security → Actions from the left navigation panel of the Settings page.
- The convert action is listed in the Objects category. Scroll down to this.
- Here, you can completely remove the action by disabling the toggle. You can also restrict access to the employees with the Privilege feature. Only those employees who have the selected privilege can access the action.
- In addition, you can set your own criteria to access the action. If the criteria match in an opportunity, the action will appear.
- Consider disabling the convert action completely. The changes are saved automatically.
- Hence, the convert action will not be visible in the opportunities of the Opportunities App.
