How to generate notifications for documents in Loyalty Management App?

You can customize your Loyalty Management App of Apptivo to receive email and News Feed whenever a document is added, deleted, downloaded, emailed, or renamed.

Steps to Configure Documents

  • Login and access the Loyalty Management App from the universal navigation menu.
  • Click on the More(...) icon from the App Header and select the Notifications icon.

  • In the Notification page, click on the Documents tab. You can set the notification for whenever the documents are added, emailed, downloaded, renamed, or deleted.
  • The News Feed notification will be Enabled and Email Feeds will be Disabled.

  • Here, we have enabled the toggle to receive an email when a document is deleted.
  • All your changes will be automatically saved.

  • Now, navigate to a record in the Loyalty Management App and delete a document.
  • Once the document is deleted, you will get the notification in the News Feed as well as the Email notification.

  • A News Feed will be generated in the News Feed activity of the loyalty program.

  • You can view the News Feed under the News Feed activity.

  • You will receive an Email Notification.
