How do I customize left panel views in the Loyalty Management app?

Views are the filters found on the left side menu of the home dashboard. It can be configured as per your needs.

Steps to Configure Views

  • Log in and access the Loyalty Management App from your universal navigation menu.
  • Click on the More(...) icon and select the Settings.

  • In the settings page, click on the customize app and select the Views from the left panel.

  • Under the Left Panel views, you can view All Views and Enabled Views.
  • In the Enabled views, you can view the list of Enabled views in this tab.
  • In All Views Tab, you can view all views including the Disabled views. 
  • You can Disable/Enable views according to your needs. You must select at least one view.
Left Panel views

  • For instance, here the By Tag is disabled.
  • Once you have enabled/disabled the filters, the changes will be Auto-Saved.
All Views

  • You will see all the views that you have enabled in the left panel view of the Loyalty Management home page. By Tag will not be visible.
