How to integrate the eSign feature with Apptivo?

Apptivo’s E-signature feature allows you to get the documents signed securely and digitally. You can easily create an account in and integrate with Apptivo through simple steps.

Steps to create an account in

  • Go to from your browser. Click on the Get Started button.

  • You will be navigated to the Sign-up page.
  • Enter the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Password.
  • Then, click on the Sign-up button.

  • Then, provide a piece of high-level information like Business Name, Phone number, Time Zone, and the number of documents as per your usage.
  • Click on the Get started button.

  • Your account will get created.

Note: The User ID of the should be the same as your Apptivo account credentials.



Steps to Integrate with Apptivo

  • Login to your Apptivo account which has the same user ID.
  • Click on the account name and select the Manage Your Account.

  • From the Manage your account, click on the Services and select the eSignature.

  • Here, enable Toggle to integrate with
  • By enabling the Toggle, you will get the popup to notify you that document credits will be tracked in your account.
  • Click on the Ok to proceed.
