How do I customize collaboration in the Loyalty Management App?

  • By default, every loyalty program in the Loyalty Management app has all the activities in Apptivo. When needed, you can completely hide the activities that are not required. You can also provide selective access to certain employees alone.
Overview Page

  • In the Loyalty Management App of Apptivo, select Settings from the App header.
App header

  • Select Collaboration from General dropdown. The Collaboration page will come into view.
  • This page lists all the activities available in your Apptivo account. They are enabled by default.
Settings Page

  • You can click the privileges dropdown to provide selective access to certain employees. Only those employees who have access can view the particular activity.

  • You can also completely hide an activity by disabling the associated toggle. Here, the News Feed toggle is disabled.

  • In the Overview page of the loyalty program, the News Feed tab is removed.
