When a loyalty program is created, the user who performed the action can receive both the News Feed and Email Feed.
- Choose the Notifications icon from the App Header in the Loyalty Management app.
- You will be navigated to the Notifications page. You can get both the News Feed and Email notification when a loyalty program is created by enabling the toggle.
- The News Feed notification toggle is enabled by default. To receive an email notification, enable the toggle for Email Feed.
- Create a loyalty program in the Loyalty Management App.
- A News Feed will be generated in the News Feed tab of the created loyalty program.
- It will also be available in the News Feed activity of your Home Page. Your manager will also receive the News Feed.
- Simultaneously, an email will be sent to the email address of the employee who created the loyalty program.
