How to get notifications when an idea is edited?

  • Choose the Notifications icon from the App Header in the Ideas app.
Ideas App

  • You will be navigated to the Notifications page. You can get both the News Feed and Email notification when an idea is edited by enabling the toggle.
Notification

  • The News Feed notification toggle is enabled by default. To receive an email notification, enable the toggle for Email Feed.
Enable Email

  • Modify an idea in the Ideas App.
Edited

  • A News Feed will be generated in the News Feed tab of the idea.
App Feed

  • It will also be available in the News Feed activity of your Home Page. Your Manager will also receive the News Feed.
News Feed

  • Simultaneously, an email will be sent to the email address of the employee who edited the idea.
