How do I Print the Cases information in PDF?

Cases App allows you to print your work order information using the Print PDF option on the overview page.

To perform the print actions, you have to enable Print PDF Toggle from the Settings.

Steps to Enable the Toggle

  • Login and access the Cases app from the universal menu.
  • Click on the More(...) icon and select the Settings.

  • In the Settings page, click on the Security and select the Actions.

  • From the Actions page, scroll down to view the Print PDF Toggle.
  • By default, the toggle will be disabled. Enable the Toggle.
  • Changes will get updated automatically.

Steps to Print PDF

Once the Print PDF Toggle is enabled, you can view the Print PDF button gets activated on the Case Overview Page.

  • From the Cases Show All page, click on the More Details to view the Overview page.

  • In the Overview page, you can view the Print PDF option.
  • Click on the Print PDF button.

  • The Cases information will get printed in the PDF and get downloaded.
