- Log into your Apptivo account and go to the Candidates App. Select the Settings icon from the App Header.
- In the Settings page, go to Customize App → Sort Ranges. The Sort Ranges page will come into view.
- Click the Create button to create a new Sort Range. In the Create Sort Range popup, add a name and description for the Sort Range.
- In the Sort Column, choose the attributes (fields) based on which the candidates are to be sorted.
- You can sort the records in ascending order and descending order.
- The configuration is set to sort the records based on Created On Date in the Ascending order.
- To add another attribute for sorting, select the (+) icon. The additional attribute is Modified On Date in ascending order.
- Select Create. A new Sort Range is created.
- Navigate to the Show All page in the Candidates App. The Sort Ranges are available in the top-right panel.
- Select the dropdown to choose a Sort Range. Here, Date of Creation.
- The candidates are sorted according to the selected sort range.
Note: You can also set a default Sort Range by configuring it in the List Layout page of the Settings.
