How do I Restore the Deleted Suppliers?

Once the Supplier is deleted, it will get moved to the Trash folders. Click here to know how to delete the Suppliers.

Steps to view the Trash 

  • Login and access the Suppliers App from the Universal menu.
  • Click on the More(...) icon and select the Trash.

  • You can view the list of Deleted suppliers.
  • Select the supplier from the list that needs to be Restored by clicking on the select option.

  • By selecting the supplier, the Restore button will get active.
  • Then, click on the Restore button.

  • The Supplier will get restored.

  • You can view the Restored supplier on the show all list.
Home page

  • By selecting the supplier, the Delete Forever button will also get Active.
Delete Forever

  • You will get the popup warning to delete the supplier.
  • Click on the Yes to Proceed.

Note: If the supplier has an association with the items and the contacts, those suppliers will not get deleted permanently. Instead, it will get moved to the Archive folder. You can enable it whenever it is needed.

  • The Supplier will get deleted and moved to the Archived folder.
