The Move Transactions App lets users perform both Simple and Advanced Search.
Steps to perform a simple search
- Simple Search lets you search using a search field located in the header bar. It takes a single search string as input.
- Consider performing a search based on the Transaction # in the Move Transactions App of Apptivo.
- The records with the added Transaction # will be listed.
Steps to perform an advanced search
- Choose the Search dropdown in the header bar of the Move Transactions App to view the Advanced Search side panel.
- Advanced Search side panel allows you to search using the fields shown below.
- Transaction # - Add the Transaction number.
- Transaction date - Select the date period between which the transaction is created.
- Memo - Filter the transactions with Memo information.
- From Warehouse - Filter the transactions based on the “From warehouse”.
- To Warehouse - Filter the transactions based on the “To warehouse”.
- Here, the advanced search is performed based on the From Warehouse attribute. Results will be displayed as shown in the image below:
- Click on a particular transaction to view the detailed information.
