How do I edit status in Calendar?

  • In your Apptivo account and select Calendar activity from the Home Page.
Home Page

  • You will be navigated to the Calendar activity. Select the Settings icon from the App Header.
App Header

  • In the Settings page, select Statuses from the left navigation panel. The Statuses page will come into view.
  • Select the edit icon for the status to be edited.
Edit Icon

  • The Edit status popup will appear. Make the changes to the status and save it.
Status Change

  • You will be notified that the status is updated.
Updated Status

  • The edited status will appear in the Status dropdown while managing event details.
