The View Builder of the Sales Returns App allows you to view the Sales Returns by status. This is available by navigating to the Settings → Customize App → Views.
- Ensure that the By Status tag is enabled for the feature to be visible in your Sales Returns home page.
- You can also set the privileges on who can access By Status in Security Privilege. Only those employees who have the selected privilege can access this view.
Note: The privileges for the employees is configured from the Employees App of Apptivo.
- Now, navigate to the Sales Returns App home page. In the left panel, the By Status view is listed.
- Click on it. The status view including All, Created, Approved, and Canceled are available.
- You can click on any view to display the corresponding records. Here, we have selected Created to see the Sales Returns which are created but not yet approved or rejected.
- On clicking the More Details on any Sales Return, you will be redirected to the Overview page.
