How do I add related customers in the Customers App?

  • Login and access the Customer app from the universal menu.
  • Create a new customer or select the customer from the list.

  • Here, customer Art Venture is selected.
  • In the Customer overview section, scroll down to view the Parent Customer.
  • Click on the Search Icon.
Parent Customers

  • In the Search and select popup, select the customer from the list.
Search and Select

  • Selected customers are added as the Parent Customer to the Art Venture.
  • Then, click on the Save button.
Save

  • The customer is related to this Parent customer.
  • Click on the More details in the Parent customer field.
More Details

  • You will be directly redirected to the Parent customers’ Overview page.
Overview

  • Scroll down to view the Related customer section.
  • The Customer Art venture will be automatically added to the related customer section.
