How to create a new lead status while creating a lead?

- Log into your Apptivo account and go to the Leads App. In the Leads App, create a new lead by clicking the Create button in the left pane.

- In the Create Leads page, scroll down to the Lead Status attribute. Select the dropdown.

- Select Add New in the dropdown to create a new lead status.

- Create Lead Status popup will appear. Add the name, Status Category, and description of the lead status.

- On selecting create, a new lead status is added to the Lead Status dropdown.

- This lead status is automatically recorded in the Settings page of the Lead Statuses.
