How to add a Parent Territory in the Territory Management App?

  • In the CRM section in Apptivo, select Territory Management App.

  • In the Territory Management App, select Create from the left panel.

  • On selecting create, the Create Territory page will come into view. Add the information related to the territory.
  • To add a parent territory, select the search icon in the Parent Territory field.

  • The Territory: Search and Select popup will appear. Select a territory.

  • The selected territory is added as a parent territory.
Parent Added

  • On selecting create, a new territory is created with the selected parent territory.
