How to unenroll a customer from the Email Sequence in the Customers App?

Consider a customer is enrolled in a particular Email Sequence in the Customers App of Apptivo. To unenroll from the email sequence process, follow the below steps.
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Customers App of Apptivo.
- In the Show All page or any view page, select More Details of a particular customer profile.
- You will be redirected to the Overview page. The customer is added to the email sequence. Hence, the button displays Unenroll Sequence. Select the Unenroll Sequence button.
- The customer will be removed from the email sequencing process and the Unenroll sequence button changes to Enroll Sequence.
