Orders App in Apptivo has the functionality to sort the orders according to the attributes present. This feature is named as Sort Ranges. With this Sort Ranges,
- You can sort the records in ascending and descending order.
- You can also sort more than one attribute at a time.
Steps to Create Sort Ranges in the Orders App
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Orders App. Go to the Settings page.
- In the Settings page, select Customize App → Sort Ranges. The Sort Ranges page will come into sight in the right pane.
- Select Create to create a new Sort Range. In the Create Sort Range popup, add a name and description for the Sort Range.
- In the Sort Column, select the attributes based on which the orders are to be sorted.
- You can sort the records in ascending order and descending order.The configuration is set to sort the records based on Need By Date in the Ascending order.
- To add another attribute for sorting, select the (+) icon. The additional attribute is Order # in descending order.
- Select Create. A new Sort Range is created.
- Go to the Show All page in the Orders App. The Sort Ranges are available in the top-right pane.
- Select the dropdown to choose a Sort Range. Here, Need By Date.
- The orders are sorted according to the configuration designed.
