Apptivo’s Invoices app helps to create and send the invoices in an efficient way to get the payment faster. With the Apptivo customization, you can customize the app as per your business need. In addition, it helps you to see your overdue invoices and can able to send reminders to those records. Rounding Mode helps you to the round of the total value of the invoices to the nearest value.
Steps to Configure
- Login and access the Invoice App from the universal menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select the settings.
- In the Settings page, click on the customize App and select the Master layout.
- From the Master Layout, scroll down to view the Total function attribute of the Invoice Layout.
- Click on the Total attribute, you will be navigated to the Inspector tab on the right side.
- You can edit the function and the standard behavior of attribute in the Inspector Tab.
- Scroll down the Inspector tab to view the Rounding Mode under the Digits.
- Click on the Rounding Mode dropdown and view the No Rounding, Round to Nearest, Round-Up, and Round Down.
- Select the Round to Nearest.
- Then, the Round to Nearest drop will appear, you can view the 0, 10, 100, and 1000.
- Select 1000, so that the value will get round up to the nearest thousand values in the Total.
- Go to the Invoice Home page and click on the Create invoice.
- You can view the round-up value in the Total on the summary section.
