Hence, their information must be handled with utmost care. Apptivo’s Customers App empowers businesses to search for customer profiles based on a number range. You can easily sort out a particular group of customers profile with this number range feature.
Steps to perform Advanced Search
Adding a Number Attribute in Master Layout
- Before performing an advanced search, consider walking through the steps to add a custom number attribute to the Customers App.
- Log into your Apptivo and navigate to Settings → Customize App → Master Layout → Customers.
- The Master Layout will appear in the right pane.
- Drag and drop the Number attribute from the Palette section to the Master Layout.
- Additionally, you can also rename the Number attribute from the Inspector tab. Click on the Number attribute in the Master Layout to view the corresponding Inspector tab.
- Here, it is renamed as a Customer ID.
- While creating or modifying customer profiles, the Customer ID will be present. You can feed the specific customer ID.
Performing Advanced Search
- Since the Custom Number Attribute is created, select the Advanced Search feature from the Search bar in the Show All page.
- The Advanced Search window appears. You can see the Customer ID attribute is available for search. The Advanced Search tool also allows you to search based on a number range.
- So, there is no need to add the exact number. Instead, you can add a number range to find the profiles.
- On clicking the search icon, the records will be pulled out based on the specified number range.
