Customers app from Apptivo helps you to manage and track all your business. It helps you to enter all the customer information at the time of customer creation itself. In the customer’s app, you can create and manage the industries of the customers. It will be easy for multi-business organizations to manage and categorize all the customers based on their industry type. Additionally, it helps you to add their child industries related to the parent industries.
Let’s consider, Miss. Sarah Castro is a Marketing Manager in the Advertising Agency. She is handing the advisements and the other marketing stuffs for multi customers. She has to manage and track the customers with their industrial functions. In those cases, Apptivo’s customer’s app helps her to manage the customers with their industrial details. Now, she wants to delete one of the existing industries that are created for the one the Agent customer.
Steps to Delete
- Login and access the Customers App from the Universal Menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select the settings.
- In the settings page, click on the Customers and select the Industries.
- In the Industries, you can view the list of industries.
- Select the industries that need to be deleted from the list.
- You can view the Delete Icon under the Actions.
- Click on the Delete Icon, you will get the popup warning says the selected industries will be removed from the customers.
- Click on the ok.
Note: You can delete the child industries individually by using the Delete action.
- By clicking ok, the Industries and their child industries also will get deleted.
