How to view the Property Information while making calls in Apptivo?

Contact Center App is an integrated platform that allows you to make calls from different CRM Apps of Apptivo like Customers App, Contacts App, and Leads App. When a particular record is associated with a property, it is advantageous to have access to information during calls. Apptivo allows you to view this information.
Danny is a Sales Agent for Tech Corps. He is in charge of reaching out to customers and answering questions raised by them. During calls, it is difficult for him to navigate to different Apps to view the information related to the customer. With Apptivo, he can easily view the caller details below the History section.
Steps to view the Property Information
- Log into your Apptivo account. Navigate to the Contact Center App. To enable the Properties App in the Contact Center App, go to the Settings → Contact Center → Customize.
- Here, enable the Properties toggle from the right pane.
Consider you place a call to a contact from the Contacts App.
- When you select the Click to call feature, the Call Window will appear as a Side Panel.
- The Properties tab will be displayed below the History Section. Click on it to view the list of properties associated with the contact.
- To create a New Property, select the Create Properties icon.
- The Create Properties Side Panel will popup. You can add the relevant information of the property.
