Kanban view is one of the prime features of the Apptivo apps. In the Projects app, it helps you to get the view al the projects along with their stages. It is an easy and dynamic view of the display of the projects on the line with the details. You can enable the kanban view for all the standard and the custom view on the left panel. In addition, you can set the Kanban View as the Default view in the Projects App.
Let’s consider, Mr.Clay Jensen is the Project Manager and he wants to customize the view of the Projects App home page with the Kanban view. With that, he will get a clear view of projects with the details in the card view. It will be easy for him to manage all the projects and view the details on the home page itself. Please follow the steps of how he is setting the Kanban view as the Default for the Projects Home page.
Steps to follow
- Login and access the Projects App from the Universal Menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select the settings.
- In the settings page, click on the Customize App and select the Views.
- In the View Page, you can view the Default Home Page view.
- In that, you can view the Kanban radio option.
- Select the Kanban view and select the list of view on the left panel will be available in the dropdown.
- Once the view is updated, go to the Projects home page.
- You can view the list of Show All pages in the Kanban view.
- Along with the status, you can view the Projects.
- Click on the More, you can view the More details on the home page itself.
- By clicking on the projects, you can view project details in the side panel for edit.
