How to download the Receipt for my Apptivo Bill Payments?

Apptivo has put forth distinct plans to accommodate the requirements of different purposes. Starting from the Basic plan, the service is extended until the Enterprise plan. The plans offered are payable both monthly and yearly. You can also download the receipt of the payment when needed without any external support.

Steps to Download the Receipt

• Log into your Apptivo account and select the User Menu from the top right.
• In the User Menu, select Manage Your Account. You will be redirected to the Manage Your Account Page.

• Here, select Plan History from the Licenses section in the left panel. The list of payments made to Apptivo for your plans and licenses will be available in the Billing History tab of the Billing page.

• Click on the download button under the Receipt column of a particular transaction. The Receipt will be available for download in PDF.
