How do I import orders in Orders App from Apptivo?

Apptivo's Orders App provides you with more flexible features like creating orders with edit and cancel options. In addition, it helps you to customize the Orders App as per your business need. With the Orders app, you can import the orders by using the import option. Imports help you to update the bulk orders at a time.

Steps to create customer Item number
- Login and access the Items App from the Universal Menu.
- Select the Item from the list to place the orders through import.
- From the Item Overview page, click on the Customers Tab.
- Then, click on the Add.
- In the Add Customer popup, click on the search icon and select the customer from the list.
- In the Customer Item, enter the unique number for the Item and the customer.
- Add some Customer Item Desc for your reference and click on the Add.
- As same as above add all customers and create customer Item numbers.
- Once it is created, you can view all the added customers in the list.
Steps to import orders
- Now, go to the Orders App and click on the More(...) icon and select the Imports.
- Click on the New Import.
- In the Customer Item Import, click on the Download Template to download the .csv file template for import.
- Update the excel file with the Customer Number in Customer # column.
- Add the Customer Item number in the Customer Item #
- Add the quantity to place the orders.
- Once the excel file is updated, click on the browse button.
- Select the updated file from the system.
- Once the file is browsed and added, click on the import button.
- After importing the file, you can view the popup shows the import result.
- Once the import is done, you can view the imports on the list.
- Now the orders will get booked by the imports.
- Click on the one order, to view the order placed with the added information.
