Apptivo allows you to Insert attributes in the File Name Prefix of Estimates app. While you Print the Estimate as PDF, you can find the Attributes at the top of the PDF. By using the Insert Attribute option you can add any number of attributes that you want to see in the Estimates PDF.
- Login and access Financials → Estimates from the Universal Navigation menu bar.
- Select Settings from the app header.
- Now select Customize app→ Print/ Web Layouts from the left panel.
- The Print/ Web Layout page will open.
- Using Insert Attribute drop-down, select the attributes that you wish to add in the Pdf.
- Here, Estimate Date and the Contact Attributes are selected.
- Once you select the attributes, Update the changes.
- Now Create an Estimate and fill in the Details of Estimate Date and Contact and also fill in the other details for which you need to prepare an Estimate.
- Now, Click on the Print PDF option from the Activity bar.
- The Preview of the PDF will be as follows:
- Now you can see the Inserted attributes in the File name prefix of the Url.
