How to view the Sort Ranges in the Association table for CRM Apps?

Apptivo's Sort Ranges allows you to sort your data as per the business requirements. In addition, Sort Ranges are added to all associated apps in the Apptivo’s CRM. Please follow the steps to view the sort ranges in the associated apps.

Steps to follow

Consider that the customer is associated with the particular contacts, the Sort Ranges are already created for the contacts, you can view the same sort ranges in the Customers App association table.

• Login and access the Customers App from the Universal Navigation Menu.

• Select the customer from the list and click on the More Details.

• Scroll down to view the Association Tables. Here, you can view all the tables that are related to the selected customer.

• If the Sort Ranges are created for the Contacts, Leads, Opportunities App, you can view the Sort Ranges option here also.
