How to set up the Head of Sales in the Sales Planning App?

Sales Planning App helps you to plan for the sales targets along with the proper allocation of the targets quota for the organization, individuals and Corresponding Teams Quota. Here, you can view the targets along with the various stages in the sales cycle. In addition, it allows you to set a Head of Sales to configure the Quota and management. Please follow the steps to configure.

Steps to follow

  • Login and access the Sales Planning App from the Navigation menu.
  • Click on the settings from the App Header.

  • Select Quota Management from the App Behaviour dropdown on the Left Panel.

  • In the Quota Management Page, you can set the Head of sales.

  • Here, you can search the name of the person and set them as a Head of sales.

  • The Person who assigned for as head of sales will only have access to set a Quota for their teammates and Track their team Quota along with the various stages of the sales.
  • In the Sales Planning Home Page, you can view and set the target Quota on a monthly basis in the My Organizations Quota.

  • In the Sales Planning Home Page, you can view your individual quota along with the sales stage as Allocation, Opportunities won, Pipeline, Forecasting and Closed Lost.
Individual quota

  • Then, you can view My Team’s Quota with the individual names and the achievements as a table.
My Team Quota

  • Sub-Ordinates under the Head of Sales will not have access to view My Organization’s Quota and Edit option for the Quota.

For example: When the sales rep Rose Jensen login to her account, she can view and access the quota that has been assigned to her. In this case, she doesn’t have access to edit the quota.
